馬鞍山新開左間泰國餐廳,朋友成日話馬鞍山餐廳選擇少,既然有新開的食店,當然要去試一試新餐廳的水準。餐廳環境富有泰國特色,擺有多款泰國裝飾,充滿泰國風情。睇下餐牌食咩先,食物種類都幾多。我地左揀右揀,最後揀左馬拉盞通菜($75),馬沙文牛腩($88),泰式蝦炒金邊粉($108),泰式炒青口($108)同埋鐵板蠔仔炒蛋($98),飲品就揀左三色冰($38) 同埋泰式奶茶($25)。等左一陣,食物就送上了,馬拉盞通菜($75)鹹香可口,微辣惹味,通菜新鮮爽脆。馬沙文牛腩($88)咖喱香濃,牛腩夠入味,煮得夠淋唔會太韌。很喜歡這個馬沙文牛腩,惹味得黎滿滿椰香,唔會太辣,味蕾一大享受,推薦俾怕辣的朋友。泰式蝦炒金邊粉($108)賣相一流,格仔蛋花包住d金邊粉,人未食相機先食。泰式蝦炒金邊粉分量足,味道酸甜相配,不錯。泰式炒青口($108),本來我地揀左泰式炒花蛤,不過侍應話今日花蛤質素一般,建議我地轉青口。幸好有聽侍應的建議,青口超肥美,大大隻啖啖肉,泰式炒青口,出奇地夾,好味道!鐵板蠔仔炒蛋($98)炸炸聲上枱,熱辣辣夠香口。極力推薦這款鐵板蠔仔炒蛋,蠔仔肥味大隻分量足,蛋身香口夠滑,仲有少許
