出開西貢,就同好友係碼頭附近食晚餐,約6點半入座,餐廳幾闊落,設計作為中菜館唔會俗氣。一坐低就比了一碟花生🥜(需要$20)同一壺普洱茶。我地揀左海蜇分蹄做前菜,海蜇幾好咬口,味道剛剛好,而分蹄就本身有味,瘦肉分佈比較多。之後再叫左個二人套餐,$428包4款小菜同一碟時蔬。脆皮燒乳鴿味道可以,肉質食落口感都唔錯,外皮炸得脆,可惜我地冇即上即食,少少暖冇熱辣辣食咁好味。豉椒炒蟶子係最惹味既菜式,雖然得2隻,但炒得好香,有紅青椒、豆鼓同洋蔥,零舍好食!蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝係有2大隻,好新鮮好厚肉,打橫切開左一半黎煮,加埋蒜蓉粉絲一齊食好正。清蒸鮑魚仔又係2大隻,蒸得岩岩好,好咬口,個汁似平時蒸魚既汁,有果皮。是日時蔬係清炒芥蘭,賣相一般,但炒得都夠獲氣。我地另外追加左大蝦配芝士伊麵,芝士味不濃,反而香上湯味,配埋隻蝦,食得好滋味。
