To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶時間嚟到西九龍中心，食完午餐冇耐，又未係時候食晚餐，心思思又想食少少嘢，於是上去 8 樓美食廣場望望。呢個場選擇超多，行咗兩轉，最後揀咗 89 嘅自家製炸韭菜餃。餃子上枱時熱辣辣脆卜卜，要等一陣先敢開動。一啖入口，餡料好飽滿，韭菜味固然好搶，估唔到豬肉味都幾出，肉質肥瘦尚算適中，成隻餃調味偏濃，啱哂重口味嘅我😆，蘸埋甜辣醬食，都幾惹味，於是食下一粒，食下一粒，唔使一陣間，所有炸餃就畀我 KO 哂喇😂。
