行完山落咗嚟粉嶺,本來諗住是但食啲嘢,點知又畀我哋喺粉嶺中心搵到間新開嘅日本料理「米子燒肉家」。店內裝潢以木色系為主調,近門口位置設有半落地大玻璃,環境開揚闊落,感覺雅致舒服,反正還沒想到吃什麼,就一於喺呢度開餐。先睇餐牌,原來店舖除咗主打日式燒肉外,仲有好多唔同款式嘅丼飯供應。點咗五目牛肉盛丼 ($88) 同 蒲燒鰻牛載 ($92)。每款丼飯均奉送日式冷泡茶飲一杯。兩個燒肉丼都好有睇頭,面頭鋪滿了食材,大大碗、份量十足。五目牛肉丼選用了肩胛 PRIME 牛肉炮製,食落牛味好突出,入口帶點焦香,而且生熟度亦控制得啱啱好,非常 Juicy!另外配料方面亦唔馬虎,有溫泉蛋、日式大紫菜、洋蔥絲、乾椒絲、蔥花等,將溫泉蛋戳破,讓蛋汁慢慢流出,以米飯、牛汁及配料伴吃,味道一流!至於另一客蒲燒鰻牛載,用料亦非常豐富,除咗半條鰻魚,另外仲有好多塊牛肉,而配料方面就有日式大紫菜、蔥花同蛋絲等。鰻魚燒得外脆內嫩,肉質細緻,入口油潤肥美,配上微甜嘅鰻魚汁,拌飯吃特別惹味。牛肉都好有水準,肉質腍身,食落無渣。
