今晚我們去咗將軍澳東港城嘅「畔溪尚粵館」食晚飯!我們叫咗個晚飯孖寶:粉絲焗海蝦煲嘅粉絲炒得好乾身,味道好惹味,蝦肉嘅肉蝦好爽甜彈牙,而且都幾大隻同份量都幾多!清蒸沙巴花斑仔係新鮮即叫即劏同蒸嘅火候控制恰到好處,所以肉質相當鮮甜嫩滑!蟲草花燉乳鴿嘅湯底好鮮味清香,湯料相當足料豐富!蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子嘅肉質好爽滑彈牙,唔會有過「韌」嘅感覺!籠仔膏蟹蒸糯米飯嘅蟹肉非常鮮甜彈牙,蟹膏嘅味道好甘香,糯米飯嘅質感好煙煙韌韌,而且吸收晒蒜蓉嘅香味同蟹肉嘅鮮甜味,令到味道更加惹味!
