To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有時候晚餐時想吃菜,便會到此越南餐廳。兩人套餐由百多元至三百元左右,豐儉由人。今晚點的套餐附一個菜,雖然是燙熟的芥蘭,但份量十足,絕不小器。炒金邊粉不會太乾,而且也有很多蝦和配料,非常推薦。牛油雞翅膀是越南菜必點之物,香口且脆而不硬,蒜片份量多。軟殼蟹則比牛油雞翼更勝一籌,又軟又惹味。套餐飲料可以選配咸檸七而不用加錢,非常化算,而且店員是給你整罐汽水的❤️因此成為每次必點的選擇,因為汽水既可解炸物的油脂,而咸檸檬又可以清熱降火👍🏻👍🏻有時候
