To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間位於土瓜灣的川菜餐廳，主打雞煲、烤魚及多款四川小菜，價錢便宜，份量十足。川味麻辣豬手豬手炆至豬皮帶彈性，質感爽口，還有些手筋部份略有咬口，麻辣味較淡。招牌酸菜魚酸菜魚有三款魚，我們要了大魚，魚肉較爽口，肉質結實，大魚不及桂花鮮甜，不過酸菜味剛好，酸酸辣辣，還帶點麻香，十分惹味。招牌口水雞雞皮皮下脂肪不多，雞皮爽口，肉質嫩滑，雞件沾滿了醬汁香味，但又不會太辣。古法龍抄手韭菜餃表面舖滿了蒜泥，中間有肉汁。
