To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚市依然禁堂食, 今晚自己一個開餐, 天氣又凍, 想食碗熱辣辣嘅粉暖一暖胃, 所以就過嚟附近嘅小店買外賣～呢一間舖頭好似喺馬鞍山開咗好耐㗎喇～▶️酸辣炸醬辣腩肉蓮藕粉叫咗大辣, 多酸菜 湯同埋個粉會係自動分開上嘅～ 大辣真係好辣🌶️🌶️🌶️但係又好惹味😆酸酸地好開胃, 會不停食～會有埋配菜：腐皮, 韭菜～腩肉都醃得好入味, 唔會係普通豬腩肉得個肥肉冇味嗰啲～ 蓮藕粉食落有啲似薯粉, 但係質地就淋咗啲, 可能因為始終都係外賣啦～外賣自取做緊特價減HK$5 (我都係畀錢嗰陣先至知🤣), 埋單連一杯熱檸茶HK$40, 價錢合理～我自己去鋪頭落單, 大約六點半, 平日, 大概等咗8分鐘～
