雞煲火鍋經已成為港人飲食潮流。先吃雞,後火鍋,一個鍋便可滿足兩個願望,最適合多心的香港人。今晚試了位於寶林的小魚兒。我和朋友一行四人點了半隻蟲草花膠雞煲、安格斯肥牛(細份)、田園蔬菜拼盤、潮汕手打牛肉餅、虎蝦六隻及風琴豆腐。等候雞煲熱透期間,我們先點兩款小食:蒜香牛油燒金菇及粟米充飢。金菇和粟米表面鋪滿香濃的蒜蓉,兩款都燒得剛剛好,粟米爽甜,金菇充滿牛油味。雞煲汁濃足料,有四大片厚花膠、芫荽、洋蔥、蟲草花及足半隻的香滑雞件。最吸引我們的,可說是安格斯肥牛及潮汕手打牛肉餅。肥牛油脂分佈均匀,嫰滑爽口。手打牛肉餅充滿牛味,口感豐富。其他火鍋料亦新鮮具水準,質素不俗。
