以前都有食過十二味系列嘅餐廳,覺得味道正宗,可以推介比鍾意食嘅朋友。今次就係因為疫情嘅關係,都有好一段時間無食過川菜,有啲懷念,相約朋友食飯便提議黎呢度試下。入到餐廳,都聽到幾多普通話口音,相信真係味道正宗先會吸引到佢地。我同朋友就點左一個經典香辣鍋,係四川其中一種火鍋嘅方式,選幾種配菜乾鍋上。選擇左三葷三表素,分別係田雞、牛栢葉、五花腩、萵荀、年糕、四季豆,再配白飯夠哂惹味開胃。可能就返香港人口味,配料上同辣度都有得選擇。全部材料走過油先落鍋底炒, 最讚嘅係年糕,真係好少地方會將年糕走油,面脆心軟,配鍋底味道剛剛好。牛栢葉灼過再炒,相對夠淋。萵荀,四季豆面鍋底夠入味但唔會太辣太嗆喉。但就對田雞同五花腩有啲失望,因為$48/份,得大約一隻田雞份量,同幾片五花腩😥,香港物價太貴喇😂。最後叫左個冰粉試下,因為度度都有自己嘅冰粉配方,當然要一探究竟,呢度嘅冰粉清清地幾岩我,只有提子乾同桂花相伴,冰粉好煙韌有彈性,但幾大舊,細舊啲易入口更好。
