Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (桂林街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為傷心酸辣粉迷,一個月光顧幾次是常識吧…由於深水埗近近地,基本上每次都係出深水埗食~其實依家除咗碗酸辣粉同土豆絲好食,其他小菜真係一律變得差勁!加上員工個個對客都黑口黑面,樓面廚房傾計嘻笑聲浪大聲過客人,嘈到街市咁。之前食雞煲,成煲野無肉又勁韌 (話重煮但根本無換過反而成煲野十級鹹) 食物質素一次比一次差,每次想試其他小菜… 結果都係一次比一次失望點解要整到咁難食以後除咗叫套餐,真係唔敢再試其他 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

其實依家除咗碗酸辣粉同土豆絲好食,其他小菜真係一律變得差勁!
加上員工個個對客都黑口黑面,樓面廚房傾計嘻笑聲浪大聲過客人,嘈到街市咁。
