To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由佢一開店食到宜家, 質素愈來愈差。早午晚時間我都食過, 一開始大家都好開心有新鋪頭食, 唔洗再食大家樂。初時午餐同夜晚碟飯都好大碟, 一碟足夠我同媽媽食, 大家仲要食得好飽。以前晚飯有個日式咖哩吉列豬扒飯, 兩大塊豬扒, 大碗飯係滿一滿咁多,宜家呢? 就係一個白飯碗調轉放落碟, 加一塊普通吉列豬扒, 我一個人都只係剛剛好,我明食材人工不停加價, 我寧願你加價都唔好將所有質素下調先得架!另一問題係, 我要乜佢冇乜。曾經有一個星期六同下一個星期三, 同樣點酸辣魚皮餃米線, 佢都可以同我講 冇 魚 皮 餃!個時我真係呆左, 咁都算啦以為佢未入貨,有次同屋企人食晚飯, 叫左肥仔牛煲, 佢又同我講冇肥牛問我轉牛肉得唔得, 但一樣價!個下我真係好想問佢 你間鋪頭其實有d咩!前幾日又同屋企人食飯, 叫左個煎蠔餅, 唔知點解咁耐都未到,原來比左後面個台人, 人地仲要遲過我地黎, 真係火都黎, 最終等到所有野食凍哂佢先黎,仲要等左我半個鐘。到頭先食下午茶, 我又叫左酸辣魚皮餃米線, 一心諗住佢又冇魚皮餃, 點知有喎!黎到先好笑!清湯魚皮餃米線!我都原諒佢算數喇, 點知又寫漏單, 我第一個叫既公司三文治

仲要等左我半個鐘。

到頭先食下午茶, 我又叫左酸辣魚皮餃米線, 一心諗住佢又冇魚皮餃, 點知有喎!
黎到先好笑!清湯魚皮餃米線!我都原諒佢算數喇, 點知又寫漏單, 我第一個叫既公司三文治竟然冇落到單, 我33分叫, 50分先再落過單, 05分我再催佢先比我, 一比到我個三文治係涼哂既。

食到我好憤怒。
