To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我細個已經同屋企人去食 咁多年黎都幾好唔錯但今年父親節我同屋企人去食 真係差左好多 好失望 以後都唔去了😡我地叫左個鵝片 埋單要成差唔多120蚊 但成碟得7-8片 差唔多10幾蚊1片 又差左 無咩滷水味 平時應該有滷水豆腐鋪底 今次又無 要同佢講先有 都唔知係咪想呃埋d豆腐我地仲叫左*水瓜落* 以前食好好食 好脆 唔會好油 但今次食 勁多粉 又唔夠脆 真係差左仲叫左潮式炸豆腐 又係差左 唔夠脆係得個潮式炒面叫好d 係台灣蚵仔麵線d麵 都還可以本身想叫綠豆爽食 但食完d送之後都唔敢叫了 怕左佢香港食潮州野已經得翻好少 估唔到食左咁多年嘅呢間都差左 都唔知邊到有得食啦😢
