To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趁收工近近地,諗住同朋友去K11睇下紋身展。就約左係公司附近開餐先食飽再慢慢逛。LABEAT嘅尖沙咀店都幾隱蔽,令環境夠靜坐得好舒適。見二人SET DINNER幾抵食就揀左佢。先黎係WELCOME DRINK。SPARKLING WINE味道微酸果香豐富,開胃之餘作為為前菜解油膩啱啱好。精選生蠔*4: 食落好CREAMY同爽甜,肉身飽滿有咬口,鹽味同金屬味都比較輕,只需加少少檸檬汁就可以辟去僅餘嘅海水腥味。令到食落更清爽。生牛肉薄切: 一向覺得唔食牛嘅人真係少左好多樂趣,熟成牛嘅咸香味好正,配上車打芝士及芝麻葉黎食好開胃。橄欖油及醋大大減輕左牛肉本身殘留嘅血味。雖然份量少少地,但前菜啱啱好。芝士饟大啡菇:表面嘅芝士焗得好金香,包裹住入面軟熟嘅蛋白墨魚肉及啡菇,令到水分得以保留。食落濕潤加上大啡菇本身夠厚,所以切開食落有啲似食緊雞肉咁。雜菌湯:作為過場嘅一道湯品調味恰到好處,雖然無大啡菇嘅濃香,但淡淡嘅味道令味蕾得以抒緩,為迎接下一道魚嘅菜式作出好好嘅鋪排。鴨肝蕃薯伴豬胺:蕃薯塊未到全熟,所以甜得黎仍好有咬口,太熟就會溶得滯無咁好食。豬胺肉質軟腍有彈性肉汁豐富,唔使點用力就切得開。入口肉

香煎鱸魚:咁大件嘅魚塊香煎完都仲保持嫩滑,火候控制得啱啱好。不得不提係鱸魚嘅魚皮,煎完後表面油脂逼晒出黎,所以好鬆脆但又唔會太乾,因為魚肉同皮之間仲有啲魚油存在,食落香/脆/嫩滑集於一身。帶子又大粒好食。

甜品:有兩款 伯爵茶雪糕BRONNIE及咖啡朱古力(聽MANAGER講伯爵茶嗰個係自家製的)。果然一入口個水準就明顯分別到出黎,伯爵茶雪糕好清新帶點薄荷香味,BRONNIE外脆內軟又唔會太甜。而咖啡嘅相對較甜,無BRONNIE嘅效果咁驚艷。

白酒/紅酒:自問對葡萄酒真係無乜研究,但呢兩款都幾易入口,紅酒配豬肉白酒配魚嘅味道好夾。酒味唔算太濃烈,對於兩款肉類菜式都起到好大嘅點綴作用。

咁嘅價錢就食到咁高質嘅菜式,真係好抵。
