To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次嚟天龍軒飲茶食午飯，原來個入口係喺落電梯一層嘅右手邊😆當日嘅天氣一般，多雲☁️好彩都有啲藍天小食有腰果，甜甜的，最啱等人時食嘅小食🤭我哋無叫set lunch, 叫咗幾樣野試吓 😊先嚟個明爐燒烤 - 蜜燒西班牙黑豚肉叉燒，肥瘦適中，一入口係熱熱的🤭，好好味🤩 最好係訂位嘅時候預留一份😌嚟飲茶，當然要叫蒸美點心松茸山珍素腸粉 - 都滑，整體來講係可以另一個點心係龍鳳燒賣皇，好開心，本身好喜歡食燒賣，但自己唔食蝦，呢個龍鳳燒賣皇係一隻蝦，另一隻係帶子就一流🤭呢到另一個推介菜式係炸釀蟹蓋，配搭了幾片炸薑片，味道好夾😌 蟹蓋裏全是蟹肉甜品方面，今次試咗個傳統酥皮蛋撻，一試無妨😌整體用餐感覺都好舒適，服務亦都好好👍
