To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次去 IFC 國金軒食飯, 一路都知佢出名, 不過一直都無機會試, order 左柚子銀雪魚, 招牌蜜汁叉燒, 上湯腐竹浸豆苗, 五穀瑤柱蛋白炒飯, 全部都好好味, 不愧為米芝蓮二星食店, 兩條友點三餸一飯, 個飯仲要 4 人份量, 除左個飯之外, 全部食晒, 飽到不得了... 雖然 HSBC 有 85 折, 不過餐飯都唔平, 埋單要八百蚊鬆d.銀雪魚(外脆內軟), 叉燒(肥瘦適中), 豆苗(嫩滑), 炒飯(粒粒分明, 唔油膩)環境: 如果坐窗邊應該會好d, 檯與檯之間有小小逼.
