今日和父親一起慶祝「父親節」,我選擇了到愉景新城商場的「愉花園」嘆茶歡渡父親節。餐廳裝修華麗,夠氣派,豪華的婚禮宴會場地。地方開揚,高雅整潔。坐下來,我叫了幾個老爸最喜歡的點心,再加上一些小菜。點心:“蠔皇叉燒包”,一籠有三大個,只算“小點”,叉燒餡料也不錯,瘦肉為主。“潮州蒸粉果”,外皮滑溜煙靭,餡料有沙葛、花生和肉粒,非常爽口。“香麻綠菜餅”,脆口的餅皮,外面鋪上芝麻,特別香口,蓮蓉餡料,清香甜美。“蜆芥鯪魚球”,比較濃味和結實,口感味道都一般。小菜:“石鍋蒜片牛仔柳”,服務員送上熱騰騰的石鍋,啫啫作響,一陣蒜香味四溢。牛仔柳鬆軟入味,蒜香味濃,口感非常好。“五香牛𦟌”,擺設精緻,牛𦟌爽口入味,五香味濃,十分惹味。“火山骨”,部長推介的新菜式。排骨肉厚,肉質鮮嫩多汁,炸得香噴噴,配上薑蓉及辣椒蓉,微辣醒胃,使味道更上一層樓。這裏的環境舒適,吃得有氣氛,我和老爸都很滿意,尤其是午市小菜,非常出色,既美味,又實惠。
