土瓜灣多野食就全香港都知架啦. 但人總是愈多選擇就愈眼花暸亂. 愈眼光煦亂就難簡.臨近佳節, 一大班人就更係去史上最大發明 – 打邊爐.今次黎到土瓜灣美景街ge 路邊煱新店.地方都相當企理乾淨.黎個小食先, 呢個墨釀油炸鬼都算係創意之作? 將三樣 “唔啦更”ge食材放埋一齊又幾得意俾我ge感覺係令油炸鬼華麗轉身~~~~~~~~~~~~~~不過舊墨魚滑可以大舊d囉, 突出返少少.叫左個花甲野菌鍋., 都幾足料, 花甲數數埋埋起碼有廿幾隻, 仲幾鮮甜, 食落會似擦子膠咁韌到爆.湯底就有好多雞脾菇, 蕃茄, 粟米, 西芹同莞茜(唔食西芹同莞茜ge朋友記得叫佢走啦~)侍應哥哥話個湯無落味精, 可以飲唒d湯, 再幫我地加豬骨湯底, 之後用黎打邊爐wo飲落又唔係好重口味, 唔係會好口渴, 信你無咩味精啦打邊爐最緊要個爐之外, 就更係d牛夠令啦~ 叫左個牛頸肉D肥肥花紋都幾令啊!色水又無話紅到爆/好似我d皮膚咁暗啞. 不過我就覺得佢厚左d囉….要luk耐一兩秒先得仲叫左個手打四寶丸. 嘩!個鯪魚滑真係唔錯, 唔腥唔在講, 仲幾彈牙. 墨魚滑同蝦滑就細粒左d. 但都好新鮮.蝦方面有驚喜….就係有膏,

就係有膏, 搞到我呢個港孩都要 “妹”個蝦頭.

繼續係海鮮, 因為識打邊爐一定係嗌海鮮, 一試便知龍與鳳.
話說呢個廣島蠔放係隻疑似酒杯個下已經吸引左我同相機. 同時急不及待生吞左一隻…後尾先俾人話最好熟食, 驚肚痛…
我唯有辯稱自己食遍大陸各地都無事, 應該免疫…事後…

個蠔雖則無電視入面話有海水味, 但生食同熟食都ok鮮甜. 以78蚊呢個價錢黎講算性價比高.
可能因為係冰鮮? 因為我生啪個下, 食到佢有冰, 未溶哂雪
總括黎講呢餐d料都幾新鮮, 唔錯!!
調味料方面, 無芝麻醬就令人sad左….
野飲就有 啤酒, 可樂, 雪碧同鴻福堂d frd簡, 正常打邊爐野飲啦~
當晚都有6, 7 成full, 但d 侍應都好招呼, 即叫即到.
佢又有一兩張大台同一個包間, 可以一大班人黎食, 唔會迫迫劫劫.
