To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每個商場茶餐廳都有幾張熟客 - 他們能背出餐牌所有價錢、知道最快上菜的搭配、明白咖啡師幾點換班。而我,只是偶爾來坐的過客。33元的下午茶,似乎還停留在幾年前的定價。滑蛋三文治的麵包烤得有點過火,邊緣發硬,咬下去只剩乾澀。蛋也失去了那份滑嫩,變得僵硬,像是在爐上等待太久。濃郁的蛋香不再,連胡椒粉都救不了這份平淡。配上一杯熱檸檬水,酸甜倒是中規中矩。玻璃杯上有些水漬印子,我用紙巾擦了擦。這樣的下午茶,並不令人感動,卻真實地呈現了一個平凡的日常時刻。茶餐廳裡的意樂,或許不在於美食,而在於它永遠敞開的大門,容納著每個需要歇腳的人。即便食物平淡如水,卻依然是城市中不可或缺的風景。
