朋友生日左成個月都無時間同佢慶祝,真係有啲慚愧。所以特登約左一個月後嘅同一日跟佢補祝,預先訂左位再俾個驚喜佢。餐廳新開無耐已經人頭湧湧,好彩一早BOOK左位唔係就有排等了。單單係枱上嘅杯碟都已經賞心悅目。Welcome Drink係杯味道微酸帶好香石榴味嘅白酒,開胃味道為今晚揭開序幕。火腿併盤:芝士/火腿各有三款,Mortadella/Salami/Parma Ham/Emmental/Cheddar/Blue Cheese互相配搭。將麵包芝士及火腿做成三文治咁,開胃得黎又唔太多,作為前菜啱啱好。蕃茄他他。味道好青爽,簡單以橄欖油/蒜粒/鹽及少少羅勒調味,無花巧做法純粹食出蕃茄嘅香甜爽脆,與底下嘅麥包配合,零舍開胃。蘿勒青醬意粉。差不多所有意大利菜都一定會出現嘅意粉菜式,呢度以自家調配秘方令到入口時香草味唔會太搶,反而係淡淡清香。意粉比較彈牙加上芝士碎增加黏稠口感,食多兩啖都唔覺膩。因為點左個牛扒,所以食意粉時就點左兩杯紅酒BREATHING住先。酒嘅橡木味清新,單寧味入口順滑帶點熱情果香,連唔太飲酒嘅朋友都話幾好味。MARGARITA 。人長大了想事事都簡單直接,就好似PIZZA咁細

安格斯肉眼。伴碟有四種調料可用包括:初榨橄欖油/黑醋/黑松露油/辣醬。個人偏好沾少少黑醋黎食,因為紅肉都幾HEAVY,酸酸甜甜嘅黑醋正好解膩。黑露油都唔錯,為牛油香中提高香味。

點左五成熟,火候掌握恰到好處。而且牛肉AGING得好好,入口腍滑牛油味香濃因為用上熱石作底盤,保温力十足就算食到最後牛肉都仍然保持温熱。跟手配上一啖Breath完嘅紅酒,真係味覺嘅享受。

Tiramisu。千奇唔好俾佢外表呃左以為幾塊生果鋪面就算,入口好奶滑Mascarpone Cheese味道好香。整體唔算太甜,但鋪底嘅手指餅吸滿左濃縮咖啡嘅味道,食到底時為味道帶來變化。
整晚菜式食完都真係唔錯,環境幽靜,侍應嘅服務又好會留意客人係菜式同菜式之間嘅停頓,令到就餐時係俾時間去享受。港島區食飯就係有呢個好處
