To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近比較少吃日本菜式,今日特意約朋友去吃日本菜,由於不想出去太遠的地方,於是找到荃灣這間叫意壽司的餐廳。七點來到餐廳,餐廳內已有不少食客。就座後,侍應遞上熱茶,餐牌上有很多食物選揀,種類繁多。我們點了以下食物:帶子蟹膏刺身:帶子新鮮,蟹膏鮮甜,帶子加上蟹膏特別鮮甜美味。鐵板金菇牛肉卷:一上桌非常有氣勢,滋滋聲,香氣撲鼻,牛肉不會韌。燒原隻日本魷魚:魷魚肉質肥美,鮮甜。鵝肝和牛飯:炒飯炒得粒粒分明,鵝肝令整碗炒飯香味更加濃,和牛粒也不錯。燒鯖魚:鯖魚燒得香脆,也新鮮,鯖魚加上檸檬汁,立刻令鯖魚更加添加鮮味,更加好味道。蒜蓉燒茄子:要上桌已聞到陣陣蒜蓉的香味,茄子燒得香軟,蒜蓉和茄子真是絕配。
