To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同公司同事食晚飯, 因為人多所以有訂位. 叫咗6人套餐7個人食, 雖然炒飯有D 油同鹹咗少少, 但係整體都幾好味, 而我地5男2女都食唔曬, 意外地晚飯幾好, 打算再encord尤其佢呢個6人北京鴨套餐價錢唔貴, 而北京鴨有4種醬料, 除咗平時食開嘅甜醬, 有桂花蜜, 配起上嚟原來幾好味. 我個人就鐘意用花蜜食. 同事就覺得皮唔夠肥, 有D 乾, 而我就唔想太肥, 真係因人而議個湯都好好味, 有同事就再加, 所以真唔係太差最好係無時限, 可能係平日啦
