To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

意外地，呢個lunch set還算好食。一直都好少食”千兩”。一嚟覺得佢只係貴價版元氣，二嚟附近有同類型選擇。今次誤打誤撞嚟咗食假日lunch。Lunch set好多選擇，今次揀了刺身丼和滑蛋吉豬set，Set會包飯，湯，前菜同小甜品。由於而家做緊恒生信用卡500減80，所以額外叫了幾個串燒。刺身丼靚靚仔仔，食落都還可以，但係刺身嘅質素稍為不及附近嘅”穴”系列餐廳。至於吉列豬扒係驚人地好食，揸得夠鬆化，肉夠晒厚但好腍，中間夾雜肥肉，係非常邪惡嘅油份！其他串燒水準好高，甚至高過穴。牛舌好明顯係切啲靚啲嘅位置，雞頸肉非常香口，雞翼同雞髀都夠大嚿有水準。真係不能睇少連鎖餐廳可以做到嘅性價比。
