To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

意外收穫的南洋餐廳

這是一間懷舊的南洋餐廳，裝修很特別，有到東南亞一帶的感覺。牆上有很多明星到訪的簽名。我點了鳳爪、燒豬頸肉冬陰功金邊粉、春卷等。最欣賞的是他的冬陰功金邊粉配豬頸肉。冬陰功金邊粉酸酸的，不太辣，但湯很美味，忍不住喝了幾口。另外泰茶也是我的喜愛，它的奶用的事黑白奶及煉奶兩種，配上了泰國的茶葉，滿滿是到了泰國的感覺，也可以療癒一下不能外出旅遊的悲傷。鳳爪和春卷也很美味。泰式咖喱魚蛋配多士也很特別，值得來一試哦。
