To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

意外驚喜送上小鮑魚

熱食、日式菜和海鮮種類多元化，海鮮一放出來就好快清光，外面還有燒食物，但吸引力不大，反而裡面比較吸引。甜品區種類同樣多，外觀精美，味道不錯。我最鍾意這個榴槤雪糕球，榴槤味超正。最後不知道為什麼會送上小鮑魚給我們，細細粒擺放精美，兩啖就吃完了。自助餐就是選擇多，還可以讓人吃到飽，味道不錯，補充食物也算快(除了海鮮類)。
