To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身想食自助餐,但book吾到位,所以到對面餐廳食新加坡菜。雖然人多,落單後都要等一會兒,但都值得的。海南雞雞皮一點也不肥,可以連皮食,雞肉嫩滑,三隻醬料都齊哂!油飯不會過油,超香口,想起都快要流口水了。豆角新鮮,炒乾身後,不會完全失去水分,加上肉碎,口感豐富之餘,更香辣可口。沙嗲串燒,雞、牛和豬各兩串,廚師把肉類處理得真的很好,任何肉類都保持鮮嫩,食串燒怎可以沒有沙嗲醬,為了每一啖肉都充滿醬汁,先把所有肉拆開,再沾上醬汁。最後開始飽了,蘿蔔糕才送上,起初都不太想食,但一放落口又停不了!第一次食蘿蔔糕加上蛋去煎香,秘製醬汁帶甜,配搭完美~~下次再來黃金海岸酒店,不一定要吃自助餐,這間餐廳也是不錯的選擇呢!
