今日朋友話去波士頓餐廳試下個火焰雪山, 佢話之前星期六日黎過無得食,  因為呢個甜品只做一至五我原本都不大感興趣, 覺得舊式扒房經已好過時, 而且價錢又唔係特別平, 不過見佢咁想食, 就唔想掃興去到叫咗鐵板魚柳同火焰牛柳先講下我個湯 - 甘荀忌廉湯, 估唔到咁濃咁好味火焰牛柳都好多人叫, 不停見到侍應忙住點火, 其實又真係幾 entertain牛柳唔算好林身, 好味有咬口, 個酒味不算太濃, 主要在牛柳表面火焰雪山需時20分鐘制作, 原本我地想一早落定 order, 但侍應話可以食到一半時候叫, 所以最後我地唔係等咗好耐另外聽到侍應同後面枱人講呢個甜品份量係3-4人, 我地只係2人, 所以都預咗食唔哂!當然又要欣賞下侍應表演點火, 蛋白打得好混, 唔算好甜, 內裡有蛋糕同雪糕, 仲要係石板街整體用膳都好滿意, 意外驚喜!
