這中環新開的意式麵包店就在半山扶手電梯旁。店內主打不同的麵包及造型精緻的蛋糕。它更提供多款以不同麵包及配料做的tartine。當日試了:❧ Portofino無花果配ricotta cheese及蜜糖好好味,加了核桃令口感層次豐富了不少。美中不足的是brioche 質地較為cakey ,不夠牛油香味。❧ Sfogliatella 千層貝殼酥這個招牌千層貝殼酥必試。外面鬆脆牛油酥皮包着creamy的ricotta cheese,配咖啡一流!_______________
