今日咁啱去到中環做嘢,收工就諗住食埋先返屋企!咁啱去到九如坊附近,見到有間意式食健康三文治嘅鋪頭,咁啱減緊肥就諗住試試。環境都幾特別,有一個裝茶嘅櫃同埋有雪櫃裝住唔同嘅火腿,一入到嚟就見到老闆喺度切緊火腿,問一問之後佢話啲火腿要即刻切味道先會最濃,聽完之後feel到老闆嗰種用心製作,坐低之後當然即刻叫嘢食,好肚餓,所以叫咗兩個三文治招牌燻牛肉青瓜意式三文治($98)order 之後就見到老闆即刻切牛肉,好有心機咁製作,入口覺得相當有口感,因為佢有蘑菇同燻牛肉,再配埋drill 同青瓜嘅清新,令到佢唔會剩係得牛肉嘅鹹味 而係可以平衡到十分野味!推薦鍾意食肉嘅朋友烤豬波羅伏洛芝士意式三文治 ($88)好快,第二個三文治就上枱,呢個又係用即刻切嘅波羅伏洛芝士,佢因為熟成時間更加長,令到佢味道係咸、辛、香,所以好濃郁同埋同肉類好夾,仲要原來佢麵包都係日日新鮮訂做,想保證客人食到最新鮮嘅材料,呢個三文治推薦鍾意食芝士嘅,十分推薦呢個時候老闆話佢諗住推出炸薯條,問吓我試一試味道如何,咁我就試一試佢,首先佢賣相焦黃金香,配合埋即切即炸嘅薯仔,係新鮮嘅感覺傾偈期間發覺原來老闆係一位茶藝師,所以當然要試

傾偈期間發覺原來老闆係一位茶藝師,所以當然要試一試佢親手沖嘅茶

白牡丹茶 ($38)
不愧為茶藝師嘅茶,首先原材料都好講究,係福建嘅茶葉,而佢揀嘅茶葉都係有芽有葉,飲落有一種清甜嘅感覺,原來三文治杯茶都可以咁夾

建議大家黎開中環都可以試一試呢間小店,老闆都非常健談,同佢傾吓計食吓嘢幾開心,又可以學到啲茶藝嘅小知識
