To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇完戲去搵野食, 見到Openrice 都幾高rate未試下囉想食意大利飯，所以叫左個燒魷魚墨汁意大利飯點知黎到個燒魷魚又凍又無味，仲要燶到苦苦地個飯底一pat 野又咸又膩，完全食唔落去食唔夠一半已經想回水反而另外煎三文魚碎蛋焗薯又好正常不過就要等十幾分鐘催都未有唔該要等咁耐就出聲畀個心理預備不過個汁幾輕身唔膩，加上個魚扒仲熱笠笠入面都幾嫩身反而個焗薯不過不失 無咩大特別好食唔食另外仲有配餐包同湯，叫左個白湯好正常，杰撻撻咁但餐包只有2塊薄薄蒜蓉包2個人2個餐先得2塊包真係唔係好夠~好似好寒酸咁……
