193030092011,今日一行五人黎到沙田意粉屋,今日雖然是星期五但人流不多。好快我地坐低就點餐,石板燒美國牛肩肉(220克)配脆薯條·藜麥牛油果沙律牛肩肉有厚厚既肉質加上少許腊肪,有咬口之餘也有濃郁的肉味。脆炸洋蔥圈,外脆內軟,唯可惜太多炸粉。芝士焗牛肝菌汁·松露香菌半月雲吞,皮薄加上芝士,但芝士味太多食不出松露香。意粉屋招牌炸雞᛫脆薯條,其實炸得不錯,但炸雞還是去韓式店較好。凱撒沙律·欖油香草軟包配卡真蝦串(3串)x1,都叫好新鮮,係咁多肉類既一餐作個平衡是不二之選。即刨黑松露·雜菌蘆筍闊條麵,呢個原片黑松露,香氣撲鼻獨特,加上雜菌是最好配搭。
