今日特意來到銅鑼灣食呢間意式餐廳,順便感受意式的風情。餐廳環境浪漫而且很多外國的客人!看來是很受歡迎。我們被安排坐在窗邊位置,順便仲可以一邊欣賞夜景,一邊享受晚餐。餐廳做緊 Happy Hour (50% Off House Spirits / House Wines / Beers),我地叫左兩杯Airen(白酒)都係比一杯的價錢!!!真係好抵。Portobello Fritto:前菜我們點了Portobello Fritto其實是炸蘑菇!外層炸至金黃色而且十分脆口,配上醬汁一起吃令到蘑菇的味道更有層次。十分美味。如果沒有看清楚的話真的有一瞬間我以爲自已在吃肉!!!裏面的蘑菇嫩滑多汁,即使過了很久食物變涼了,但卻依然能食到蘑菇的鮮味。Ox-Tongue:這是燒牛舌,牛舌軟脆帶點彈性的口感很好咬口,加上mustard令到牛舌的味道更出,實在教人回味呀。1/2 BBQ Ribs:這個 Ribs的bbq sauce是餐廳自制的只有這裡才能吃到Ribs很易切開而且肉很稔,bbq sauce甜中帶點微酸,並隱約透出橙香而且排骨毫不肥膩。Prawn & Pork Risotto:呢個 Risot

如果沒有看清楚的話真的有一瞬間我以爲自已在吃肉!!!裏面的蘑菇嫩滑多汁,即使過了很久食物變涼了,但卻依然能食到蘑菇的鮮味。

Prawn & Pork Risotto:呢個 Risotto好creamy而且仲有濃濃的芝士味!! Risotto 裏面有Paprika,洋蔥等令到Risotto口感更豐富。

Waffle:最後當然不少得甜品!甜品的買相十分吸引,Waffle連同朱古力雪糕十分配合,食完真係人都開心D。
