天后區有很多隱世美食,我同朋友搵左天后電器道呢間Etna,佢主打意大利經典傳統菜式,食嘅都係特色fusion野為主,一入到去已經覺得好有異國風情的氣氛!叫左三款前菜 stuffed crab frittata crostini—grilled turkish bread, tomato精緻的前菜,皮塔餅口感唔錯,中間仲有好香濃的蟹肉,配上蕃茄酸酸甜甜好開胃。Fried Portobella + Oyster Mushrooms - valcano sauce炸蘑菇口感幾特別,食落口感香脆,唔會話太乾身,蘑菇肉質仍然能保持juicy,炸得很完美😊好新鮮,配上辣辣地醎醎地的valcano sauce。Tune Carpaccio - smoked artichoke, mustard oilm red pepper juice油浸吞拿魚味道唔錯,一啲都唔肥膩,食落帶點清新的吞拿魚香味,肉質鮮嫩。很好味的前菜也很特別!主菜: Brandt Beef Tri Tip Sreak - oregano tomato, dates牛扒質素都唔錯,七成熟食落好Juicy,好有牛味令油香達到平衡。口質軟

奶油甜餡煎餅卷,外層炸得酥脆,口感脆脆的。皮裹著各種內餡creamy & nuts,微微帶有蜜餞檸檬的味道,充滿義大利風情。

🧇Rhum Baba - spiced rum , passion fruit caramel, creme chantilly.
朗姆巴巴都好正,同樣係義式甜品,帶有少少Rum酒酒香,味道好特別,中間件cake仔夠creamy,底下的百香果汁味道較為酸酸的,中和了甜度。

餐廳十分寬闊,仲有埋露天座位,有足夠理由去打卡。地方夠乾淨,職員好禮貌,下次會再黎~
