To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經朋友介紹話呢間餐廳唔錯，就搵人黎試下。閒日晚上唔駛等位，入到去環境ok，不過位有D逼。但都ok。見到呢度晚餐包多士、餐湯、餐飲大多數都係100蚊有找。於是我地叫左一個意式肉丸意粉同埋茄子黑松露寬麵。意式肉丸意粉蕃茄醬味濃，但獎汁又唔會好傑，肉丸係用豬肉做，口感味道尚可唔會太硬。 整體上都幾好味。另外，朋友叫左個茄子黑松露寬麵，以為黑松露得幾滴，好淡味，但原來落足料，黑松露勁多勁重味。鐘意黑松露既人一定喜歡食呢個菜。呢度菜有驚喜，下次再來的話一定要追加。
