To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一大班人食海鮮 可以試多款 夠盡興8人份量~ 中式廚師發板!老細預人均$500(已包茶芥前菜加一),就發板上菜!因為唔知叫左咩!每一碟都有驚喜~可能識人關係,覺得特別抵食!豉椒炒蟶子配飯焦!正酥炸美國大桶蠔 外脆內軟 !不油膩!這個特別加分!!每人有兩舊!正呀!上海龍蝦伊面!啖啖龍蝦,多到食唔曬~印尼海沙斑 (足足5斤重) 一魚三味第一味 西芹炒斑腩 好好味 少油少鹽~ 夠鮮味香脆魚骨 個個食到讚口不絕!! 可惜飽到食唔曬仲有一味魚湯~ 正 無影相黃金蝦 不油膩 香脆 脆到蝦殼都可以吃~ 正!仲有炒菜心~ 仲有一碟炒飯面,我地話太飽,唔使煮喇~ 飯後仲上果盤及甜品!好味!這一餐是第一次在鯉魚門食海鮮晚餐!中餐煮到可少油少鹽 ,炸物都不油膩 ,都是第一次! 所以個個食到讚不絕口!!食得好盡興開心!
