To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完中環街市行完，因為嗰度啲餐廳太嘈所以就決定出去食Tea。然後就喺Google Maps搵到EverShine Cafe😋雖然地方唔大，但係真係勝在好寧靜、好舒服、靜靜地傾吓計好正！餐牌上面嘅菜式都會寫晒卡路里、蛋白、碳水化合、總脂肪，好適合啲鍾意食美食但又怕肥嘅人🤣．．．鹹蛋黃羅勒雞翼-好香蛋黃味，鹹蛋黃醬唔多，咁樣反而唔會令雞翼得個鹹字，而且即整即上熱辣辣好正！香煎比目魚配檸檬牛油汁伴意粉-意粉麵條煮得爽口，檸檬牛油汁嘅比例很好，檸檬微酸嘅口感令整個意粉味道好清新。比目魚煎得好靚至金黃色，而且肉質非常滑！**絕對推介去食啊～**
