這裡的炸豬扒都唔錯. 脆皮有汁中間好tender一d都唔chewy同有豬味一定係沒有用梳打粉!不過最估不到是他們的小食 - 厚切牛tongue非常得! 火喉剛好, 好嫩好juicy, 外皮脆又香! 一粒粒cube, 顏色好吸引in golden brown! With the beautiful fragrance rushing into the nostril!老板用牛tongue中間最厚的部份, 質感一流, 牛嘅香味在口裡徘徊, 回味無窮^^非常超值!!
