石門區返工,經常見“入麵”好多人等位,令我都好好奇,有一兩次八點去,麵品都已經售罄,終於等到今次。Menu比較簡單,基本上就係㨂咩肉配咩汁,原來佢有飯,不過麵店就梗係要食麵!撈麵都有幾個風味,最後揀咗日式燒汁雞+麻香醬撈麵 & 回味醬骨架+薑蔥蒜撈麵。醬骨架味道略濃,係好食嘅,有啲似紅燒。不過就“難去食”,有啲肉係骨同骨中間,即使提供手套,但我懶😅, 所以有少少哂咗。 至於日式燒汁雞,雞肉有少少乾,個汁就幾好,甜甜哋, 同以往認知的日式燒汁有點不同。我反而覺得主角係麵,原來係似上海麵嘅質感,淋淋哋,粉粉地,唔係彈牙個種,不過我鐘意✌️不論配薑蔥蒜定麻香醬都各有特色,粉粉哋嘅麵變凍食就唔會太粉,恰到好處,若冬天食就會略嫌凍。不過整體係推薦的!
