聽同事講,太子有間食店,菜色很特別,個店主仲係法國藍帶學完藝返黎,叫我一定要試!藍帶學藝一直是我的夢想,反正今晚約左閨蜜傾計,就決定去呢度。店內有6個座位,可以一路食,一路睇廚師煮野首先叫左杯(西班牙果酒),煮過嘅紅酒,配上新鮮水果,飲落有淡淡的玉桂味!其實平時我對玉桂味很抗拒!但放在這種酒配合得啱啱好,很想再飲多杯🍷過一陣就上(芝士啡菇)同(黑松露芝士聖女果)!黑松露控嘅我,超鍾意食😍一咬落去蕃茄度,就有香濃嘅黑松露味然後就到我非常之驚喜嘅食物(原藝法式鹹泡芙配安格斯肉眼扒)其實我平時最鍾意整甜品,但從來冇諗過泡芙可以咁食法!香脆嘅泡芙夾肉眼扒,好似漢堡包咁樣食,真係一個新嘗試😋最後的甜品(earl grey cake),這個蛋糕很有趣有basil 味,有不同層次感,適合慢慢感受。今天嘗試左有質素,有誠意,同新穎嘅晚餐!年輕廚師果然創意無限!下次再帶朋友來食😋
