To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大熱天時,唔想係條街度諗食咩。最後決定女人街是旦揀一間試下。見到有焗薯食,一睇menu,竟然有黑松露焗薯。咩都唔諗就衝左入去,午飯時間好多人,只係剩番門口位。 不斷有人出入,店員好好咁不停幫手關實隻門,呢樣要讚嘅。最後無點黑松露焗薯,反而試左酸忌廉同蟹籽蟹柳焗薯。同想像中有出入: 薯仔嘅口感較為爽身,值得一提嘅係配料,先講蟹柳,平時食嘅都係比較軟身,呢個直情Q彈嘅口感。再講酸忌廉,口感就好似剛入雪櫃拎出黎嘅雪糕,但食入口嘅味道就係微酸嘅cream,只可以話有啲複雜。前菜同飲品就無特別。下次未必但再試。。。
