To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天和太太去完教會後,便嘗試找附近地方吃晚飯,無意之中到了這邊朗屏商場,走下走下便看到稻香酒樓,本來這裡不是我們第一選擇,但因為已經比較夜,所以便隨意走進去打算隨意吃小菜。服務員很有禮貌地帶領我們走到一張比較好舒服的位置,隨即便落力推介這個松葉蟹,本來我和太太只是打算簡單吃小菜便離開,但最後經不住服務員的推介,便點了這個松葉蟹,還點了一碟咕嚕肉。松葉蟹大約等了約20分鐘便來到,十分之清甜美味,基本上不用點醋也十分之美味,實在是意外收穫,而且咕嚕肉也是炒得十分之出色,我們另外點了一碗飯也不夠吃。我們吃得很滿意,走時服務員態度很好有禮貌,絕對藉得讚賞。
