To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. #搞串個pantry有時lunch好趕😖,就會揀啲就腳,而且望落會好快手嘅餐廳🥢。今次呢間餐廳喺#紅磡 、#新蒲崗 、#粉嶺 、#葵涌 都有分店,餐廳招牌菜💥應該係酸菜魚🐟,不過今次就叫咗其他嘢💕。我哋今次就嗌咗兩個粉麵同一啲小食,🔴酸菜肥腸麵($42)、🟠番茄湯牛肉麵($48)、🟤十三姨秘製雞翼(加配$18)、⚫️擂椒松花皮蛋(加配$18)。兩樣小食都唔錯,雞翼🍗食落香口,肉質都嫩。而皮蛋質素都正常,不過啲辣油🌶️就無乜味。最值得講嘅其實係番茄湯牛肉麵🤯,個湯底唔知點解好甜🤯,甜到好似中式腐竹糖水咁🤯,再加上好濃淍,食嘅每啖麵都一定有陣腐竹糖水味🤯,好古怪🤯。唔知平時係咪都係呢隻味,不過呢日就係好甜,一啲番茄嘅感覺都無🤯。
