To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這是一間出名性價比高的西餐茶餐廳,平時這一頭晚上人流少,今日見最好的窗邊位有空,立即坐近窗的最佳位置,點了鐵板芝士牛扒餐配滋味脆薯條和蛋黃煙肉卡邦尼長通粉,份量超足又好食。首先在鐵板芝士牛扒餐中,只需98元已經食到2點5cm高乘4吋長的大牛扒!鮮嫩多汁的牛扒表面略帶焦脆,切開後,肉質粉紅且軟嫩,汁水隨即溢出。融化的濃郁芝士亦與牛扒極為匹配,每一口都能感受像漢堡芝士濃香混嫩滑牛肉汁的味道。一旁的薯條則是餐桌上的點睛之筆,金黃酥脆內部軟綿好食,而不是硬乾薯條。長通粉方面,即是穩穩陣陣的質素,粉身韌度,卡邦尼汁醬濃度及咸度也均真適中,而餐湯亦仍舊是富有紅蘿蔔的特色粟米味白湯,實在是一頓飽滿的晚餐。
