To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係大除夕,人人都開開心心準備過年。我地都唔例外,為左新年期間食好野留返Quota,午餐諗住食平DD,就揀左食意樂。慢煮咖哩牛腩飯($51)配合今天的心情,揀左個慢煮咖哩牛腩飯。用金屬煲上的咖哩份量和熱度都十足!牛腩用慢火炆到好淋好入味,咖哩辣度適中,既辛且辣香味濃郁。最愛係個辣薯仔,連埋薯皮一齊煮,用匙羹一督,入面金黃色的薯仔,愛黎撈飯非常正。飯係用日本珍珠米,粒粒精瑩剔透,口感煙韌。難得大除夕前夕都食到咁令人愜意的午餐,為今年畫上完美的休止符。
