To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好一段時間冇光顧Delifrance了，以往好喜歡食佢哋啲法式三文治，因為有好多餡料選擇，連外層的麵包都可以自由搭配。今日選咗意粉系列，意大利黑松露醬有機蘑菇野菌炒扁意粉，意粉的熟度啱啱好，好有嚼口，新鮮的有機蘑菇加上雜菌，在獨特香味的黑松露醬襯托之下，美味非常。卡邦尼煙三文魚煙肉芝士炒扁意粉 有著濃厚的芝士汁包裏著煙肉、洋蔥、意粉等材料，還有兩片薄薄的煙三文魚。鮮磨咖啡 香濃馥郁，在Delifrance 飲咖啡好有其獨特的味道，我也喜愛。
