經過大埔藝術中心睇展覽，點知發現咗間食物好好食嘅cafe，絕對唔喺嗰啲just for 打卡嘅一般貨色。環境有落地玻璃，有太陽嗰陣幾好feel今次食白酒蜆意粉。意粉質感有咬口，應該唔喺煮定好多放喺度，有order再落汁嗰隻。蜆大隻，同坊間應該唔同品種。再加咗herbs去調味，喺有心思嘅配搭。份量充足。雖然嚟過一次，開心老闆記得我。店員有主動serve plate for 蜆殻。最近仲多咗impossible burger for vegetarians 👍🏻旁邊仲有得賣農作物 / 醬料，overall應該喺有靈魂嘅cafe!

今次食白酒蜆意粉。
意粉質感有咬口，應該唔喺煮定好多放喺度，有order再落汁嗰隻。

蜆大隻，同坊間應該唔同品種。
再加咗herbs去調味，喺有心思嘅配搭。
份量充足。
