To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間意粉店，坐落去呢環境就麻麻哋，因為係開放式，一路食住個湯通粉，一邊流汗，就係商場個冷氣唔夠，仲要一邊食側邊啲人一路行嚟行去，極之冇私隱，但係作為意粉速食店來講，呢間都算合格嘅。我叫咗呢個煙三文魚蕃茄湯螺絲粉，雖然份量來講唔算好多，對於男士就未必夠飽，但係勝在佢配搭自由度高，佢係有隱藏Menu，你要額外同佢講可唔可以要大蝦蕃茄湯螺絲粉，你就可以轉咗個配菜。然後點解我話佢都算合格呢， +10幾蚊有多個湯，佢毫不吝嗇，睇吓個湯裝都幾悶，呢個係西蘭花忌廉湯，我超鍾意飲，平時啲速食店最多咪不過湯俾你，佢交足貨，俾埋啲麵包粒粒你，當然啦，去到最尾我係食淨一半有多，因為真係太飽呢，不過個味道係非常唔錯，可以encore!!
