To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又去屯市食野啦，今次行過少少去左錦薈坊食Delifrance，呢度意粉飯最平8x都有，位又坐得舒服，性價比非常高。好，坐低睇下有咩好食先。蘑菇忌廉湯，加$15可以跟餐湯，個蘑菇湯都好足料，又creamy燉牛尾配意粉，牛尾燉得多軟腍，但又唔會鬆散，剛剛好。芝士焗薯批配煙三文魚，呢個菜幾特別，一片片焗薯上面舖滿芝士，仲有新鮮菠菜做配菜，好豐富。法國朱古力蛋糕配雪糕，呢個Brownie好香濃朱古力味但又唔會死甜，仲有粒粒果仁。雪糕係雲呢拿味，隔離仲有個滑滑忌廉，呢個都係非常抵食。法國朱古力焦糖棒子撻，上面粒粒棒子，整個用焦糖混合朱古力，係一款甜甜撻。熱有機蘋果茶，最後飲番杯茶，滿足！
