本身對明太子無特別喜好,今晚之後,我愛上左呢個味道!今晚喺朋友介紹下黎左銅鑼灣鱈卵屋,裝飾好「精緻」,而且有個操唔流利既日本師傅坐鎮,感覺好日式。一坐低就俾個筷子座吸引左,係零食黎架,雖然唔好味,不過好有心思!點左個明太烏冬,明太子係鱈魚既魚卵,彈牙既烏冬面配上明太子,味道特別,好味道,重點推介。而超鍾意食蛋既我當然唔會放過餐牌上注目既明太子蛋卷,d魚卵好足料,多到咇埋出黎,配上滑滑蛋卷,味道咸咸地有d辣,朋友就點埋d蘿蔔蓉黎食,可能我重口味,覺得夠味道而且一d都唔腥。另外點左餐廳招牌菜特式三食飯,顧名思義,者係有3種食法,餐牌上有中文教學,首先將碗飯撈埋佢,為第一種食法,然後可加上配送既配料,撈埋佢,第二種食法,味道會多d變化,最後第三種食法,加魚湯變湯飯,亦係我最鍾意既食飯,d湯暖胃又有鮮味,配埋d魚生好得意。最後想一讚餐廳侍應,非常有禮,好似置身日本咁,會再帶朋友上黎👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

點左個明太烏冬,明太子係鱈魚既魚卵,彈牙既烏冬面配上明太子,味道特別,好味道,重點推介。
