近年私房菜喺香港越開越多,喺冇食物牌照,要訂位但冇menu,又唔知廚師手藝的情況下,都長做長有,可見港人對私房菜都幾有信心。而我近排都鐘意左周圍去尋幽探秘,今晚,經朋友推薦,就黎到位於耀華街某大廈的三樓食私房菜!甫入店內,環境好有屋企feel,燈光柔和俾人溫馨的感覺,靜靜地好適合傾下偈!坐左一陣,店員好快就送上南瓜湯忌廉湯,南瓜蓉清甜,忌廉味香濃,味道配搭得宜,湯裡仲有粒粒南瓜增添口感 去皮凍蕃茄,好清甜,去左皮食落口感軟滑,幾有心思 蝦多士,一上枱香氣撲鼻而來,令人垂涎欲滴,食落多士卜卜脆,而蝦餅就香美味,真你一味唔錯的小食 韓松子沙律,蔬菜新鮮爽脆芝士鵝肝卷,初初以為有鵝肝,原來係鵝肝醬,食落香口幾特别!蜜糖雞扒,雞扒好入味,煎得皮脆肉滑!紅酒黑醋豬扒,豬扒入口肉質鬆化,醬汁惹味,底下薯蓉代替了白飯,而薯蓉撈左醬汁亦變得非常可口 甜酸三文魚,本來唔鍾意食魚,亦覺得好食,可能有甜酸汁的緣故 木魚鴨胸意粉,意粉口感唔錯,味道可口,份量亦適中綠茶布丁,杏仁味香濃,不過略嫌綠茶粉多左D呢餐家常的菜式,是師傅精心及有水準的製作,朋友果然冇介紹錯!
